Be Your BEST

You’re already the BEST, even if parts of you aren’t perfect. That’s because BEST is what you are, this sentient being wrapped in flesh.

You are (B)ODY, (E)MOTIONS, (S)PIRIT, AND (T)HOUGHT. Each one independent, co-dependent, and totally dependent on one another.

In order to get the RESULTS and EXPERIENCE you DESIRE, each aspect of BEST needs to be in alignment and supportive of each step. How does your BODY affect your ACTIONS? Do you have a strong DESIRE yet your THOUGHT betrays you? (e.g. “I don’t deserve it” or “Success is hard!”)

If you’re taking the DARE path, we can help you bring your BEST into alignment with that.

And if you prefer, you can take the BEST path, and bring DARE into it.

BODY: What DESIRE do you have for your physical being? Health? Strength? A particular weigh goal?

EMOTION: “I just want to be happy”… an excellent place to begin!

SPIRIT: Ask yourself, “does this feel right?”… “am I living my life’s purpose?”

THOUGHT: What do I think about what I think? What beliefs are limiting me? Am I faking it, but not making it?

Both approaches are good. You can even exchange approaches after you finish a cycle.

(You know the saying “don’t change horses in mid-stream”… that means complete whatever cycle you’re in before changing your approach)

Remember, wherever you start is the beginning.
