What is “DARE to be your BEST” about?
DARE is more than just a word — it’s the natural cycle of life. It’s not something you do once and check off your list, but a process you’ll revisit again and again as you grow, learn, and evolve. At its heart is DESIRE, the deeper “why” behind your actions — not the surface wants like cars or gadgets, but the inner call that moves you forward toward your life’s purpose. When that desire is uncovered, it becomes the guiding light that shapes how you live.
From there comes ACTION — the bridge between your “why” and your reality. Action is how your purpose takes shape in the world. Without it, life can drift into stagnation, but with clear, intentional steps, you begin moving toward the life you’re meant to live. The choices you make lead to Results — your “new now.” Even if the outcome isn’t exactly what you envisioned, it becomes part of your journey and sets the stage for new experiences. Every RESULT is a stepping stone, and every EXPERIENCE is an opportunity to grow, learn, and discover more about yourself.
At the center of this journey is your BEST self — BODY, EMOTIONS, SPIRIT and THOUGHTS. These four elements work together to create the life you’re living right now. Your body carries you, your emotions give energy to your desires, your spirit keeps you connected to what’s real and authentic, and your thoughts shape your direction. When these are aligned, you naturally live as your best self — not by striving for perfection, but by embracing the wholeness of who you already are.
How does the program work?
The program has a two approaches. The first one is to clearly define your deepest Desire, then turn it into intentional actions using your whole self of body, emotions, spirit and thoughts. For example, physically going to a class to improve your skills, and thinking about creative ways to apply them in your life.
The second approach is to define what you desire for each of your BEST, and come up with a list from that. Examples would be, “I desire my body to be 20 pounds lighter” or “I desire to be happy.” The actions would be living in alignment with someone 20 pounds lighter, or exchanging negative thoughts with more encouraging self-talk.
The program includes tools that you can use to work these out on your own, as well as personal sessions with Stu Rosen to get clarity.
